Wave Flow
Wave Flow is the official desktop application for real-time data acquisition, visualization, and analysis from Nuclear Instruments digitizers, including the DAQ121 and DAQ141 families. Designed for laboratory measurements, detector characterization, and scientific research, it combines oscilloscope visualization, signal processing, spectral analysis, and data recording in a single intuitive application.
The software provides a complete environment for configuring digitizers, monitoring acquired waveforms, performing advanced measurements, and exporting data for offline analysis. Whether you are developing a new experimental setup or validating detector performance, Wave Flow offers the tools required to acquire, inspect, and analyze signals without the need for custom software development.
Wave Flow includes a high-performance digital oscilloscope with multi-channel visualization, a comprehensive set of automated signal measurements, real-time FFT analysis, configurable histograms, and advanced spectroscopy algorithms such as gated integration, peak-baseline analysis, analog shaping, and trapezoidal filtering. Integrated data logging supports multiple output formats, while flexible trigger configuration and complete digitizer control simplify the setup of even the most demanding acquisition systems.

Installation
Windows
Download the latest Windows installer from the versions section and run the setup.
Linux
Wave Flow is distributed through the official Nuclear Instruments Package Repository.
The recommended way to configure the repository is by running the setup script:
curl -fsSL https://sh.nuclearinstruments.eu/ni-repo | bashOnce the repository has been configured, install the package using your distribution's package manager.
Ubuntu/Debian
sudo apt install waveflow-goAlmaLinux
sudo rpm install waveflow-goThe package manager automatically installs the required runtime dependencies and keeps Wave Flow up to date through your system's regular package updates.
