
A7590D
The A7590D is a single-channel, isolated (floating) high-voltage regulator specifically designed for biasing Silicon Photomultipliers (SiPM). It provides a digitally-controlled adjustable output up to 80 V with a maximum current of 50 mA and a 1 mV setting resolution, together with a built-in temperature-compensation controller with programmable coefficient and remote temperature sensing.
