ZEUS 2
ZEUS 2 is the official cross-platform application for configuring, controlling, and monitoring High Voltage (HV) power supplies from CAEN and Nuclear Instruments. Designed for laboratory, research, and industrial environments, it provides an intuitive interface for managing one or multiple devices through USB, Ethernet, USB HID, or I²C connections.
The application simplifies every aspect of HV system operation, from configuring device parameters and monitoring real-time measurements to recording experimental data and performing detector characterization. Live charts allow users to visualize voltage, current, and temperature measurements, while integrated data logging and export capabilities make it easy to collect and analyze results. Advanced features such as temperature compensation, lookup table (LUT) programming, I-V curve acquisition, and device calibration are seamlessly integrated into a modern, user-friendly interface.

Installation
Windows
Download the latest Windows installer from the versions section and run the setup.
The installer includes the ZEUS 2 application together with all required runtime libraries.
Linux
ZEUS 2 is distributed through the official Nuclear Instruments Package Repository.
Configure the repository by running:
curl -fsSL https://sh.nuclearinstruments.eu/ni-repo | bashOnce the repository has been configured, install the package using your distribution's package manager.
Ubuntu / Debian
sudo apt install zeus2AlmaLinux
sudo dnf install zeus2The package manager automatically installs all required runtime dependencies.
Supported Devices
ZEUS 2 supports a growing range of CAEN and Nuclear Instruments high-voltage power supplies connected through USB, Ethernet, USB HID, or I²C.
